Martyn Bridgeman
Co-Founder/Board President
Martyn Bridgeman is an exceptional leader with the demonstrated capacity to adapt, coach, collaborate and has a passion to serve. He is a native Phoenician and Realtor, and enjoys the continued evolution of the great city that he lives in. In addition to being a co-founder of The SEEN, where he serves as Board President, he also serves as Board Chair for Phoenix Center for the Arts, board member for Roosevelt Action Association and a member of the Roosevelt South Committee.
Dion Spencer
Co-Founder/Vice President
As an emerging philanthropist and co-founder of The SEEN, Dion is driven by his love for the community and his desire to see the BIPOC LGBTQIA+ recognized, cared for, and celebrated. While holding degrees in Whole Person Health, Entrepreneurship, and Innovation, he works to acknowledge and support the needs of the BIPOC LGBTQIA+ members of our community, championing for their health and inclusion. Matched by his excitement and charisma, Dion's specialties in transformational leadership, education facilitation, and storytelling makes for a seamless compliment to our board’s diverse leadership and advocation for our community.
Thomas D Slonaker
Secretary/Communicator in Chief
Holding a Psychology Certification of Excellence from Yale University on The Science of Well-Being, Thomas is passionate about encouraging people to own their “magic” and inspiring individuals to strive for excellence by looking within themselves first. Thomas is a Big Brother Big Sister of America Volunteer. With his one-on-one mentoring relationship of five years, Thomas supports the critical social and emotional development needed to help build resilience and promote the mental health and well-being of one child. Thus, inspiring Thomas to find innovative ways of serving specifically queer communities of color to keep children connected to themselves.
Calvin Cole
Board Member
Calvin Cole is a banking executive who oversees the fulfillment of current and new business clients, helping them to achieve their financial goals in business and personal banking needs.
He truly believes in the power of giving back to the community in time and talent. Calvin loves being a part of The SEEN focusing on being a community-driven organization that seeks to empower and amplify the voices of BIPOC LGBTQIA+ individuals in Arizona. Calvin also serves as Board Chairman for Terros Health and is a board member for OneNTen, INC.
Lauren Mastriano
Board Member
With established leadership positions in some of the top leading companies of the world, Lauren is a master collaborator, bridging gaps between humanity and tech. Enhanced by her keen sense of empathy and compassion, she pioneers a modern relationship of web experiences, helping to tell stories through technology. Lauren is best known by her ability to create fellowship amongst strangers, offering a unique perspective in vision building with diversity.
